Contact and Consultation

Beginning with a consultation is often a helpful way to start before committing to therapy. It offers an opportunity to:

  • Get a sense of what it’s like to speak with me and whether the fit feels right

  • Learn more about how I approach therapy

  • Share what brings you to therapy and what you’re hoping for

  • Ask any questions you may have

A consultation also begins the process of working together, setting the tone for how we would approach our work if you decide to move forward.
